THE STARTERS

THE MAIN COURSES

‘The fish market’ – stuffed sole paupiette, pan fried sea bass & salmon fillet, potted king prawns & smoked haddock ‘au gratin’, crispy cod goujon, salt cod fishcake, creamed peas, beetroot tartar dressing, Provençal relish, with sauté potatoes & samphire, leeks & sugar snap peas (gfo) – £18.95

‘Sole fillets’ – stuffed and poached with prawns, smoked salmon, a white wine, cream, fennel & chive sauce, samphire & leeks, and buttered new potatoes (gf) – £15.75

‘Asian chicken trio’ – char-grilled marinated breast, crispy filo pastry parcel with cashew nuts, and crispy tempura, with peanut satay sauce, stir fried Asian vegetables, special rice, and a hoi sin, chilli & sesame dressing – £13.95

‘Duo of duck’ – pan roast breast & crispy crumbed confit leg balotine with caramelized onions, peas & smoked bacon, a port & orange jus, charred carrots, and crispy potato fritters – £16.50

‘Pork trio’ – local slow cooked crispy belly, crispy fried shoulder, and cheek in rich jus with butterbean puree, cauliflower cheese, green beans wrapped in smoked bacon, sweet mustard & honey cream, and fondant potato – £15.95
