THE STARTERS

‘Mushrooms’ – sauté Portobello, shitake & chestnut mushrooms with avocado, tomato petals, a garlic & spinach cream, served on toasted ciabatta (v) (gfo) – £6.95

THE MAIN COURSES

‘The fish market’ – stuffed sole paupiette, pan fried sea bass & salmon fillet, hot potted smoked salmon & prawns with lobster cream ‘au gratin’, crispy cod goujon, smoked haddock fishcake, creamed peas, beetroot tartar dressing, Provençal relish, with sauté potatoes & vegetables (gfo) – £17.95

‘Indian cod’ – spiced roasted fillet with chick pea & spinach masala, a carrot, onion & coriander bhaji, mint & cumin yoghurt, char-grilled nan bread, sweet onion, curry & mango oil, served with pilaf rice (gfo) – £15.95

‘Sole fillets’ –  stuffed and poached with king prawns, a vermouth, grape, cream & chive sauce, samphire, fennel & leeks, and buttered new potatoes (gf) – £15.75

‘Our classic chicken’ – pan fried breast with a tarragon & white wine cream, asparagus, green beans & pancetta, and a spring onion potato cake (gf) – £13.95

‘Duo of duck’ – pan roast breast & crispy crumbed confit leg with butternut squash puree, a port & orange jus, served with sweet potato dauphinois and char-grilled carrots, green beans & courgette (gfo) – £16.50
