THE MAIN COURSES

‘Winter chicken’ – pan fried chicken breast with Jerusalem artichoke puree, leek & ham hock potato croquette, broad beans, peas, purple kale, and cream sauce – £13.95

‘Welsh pork’ – slow cooked crispy belly & smoked bacon wrapped loin with a bubble & squeak ‘cake’, parsnip puree, smoked cauliflower cheese, cider gravy – £15.95

‘The Duo of Duck’ – pan roast breast & confit leg with sticky puy lentils, roasted butternut squash, charred carrots, port & redcurrant sauce, purple kale, crispy potato fritters (gf) – £16.50

‘Bream’ – fennel, king prawn & tarragon stuffed poached fillets of bream with a Vermouth cream sauce, vegetable linguine, & pan sauté new potatoes (gf) – £16.50

‘The fish market’ – pan fried bream & salmon fillet, smoked haddock & cod fishcake, lobster, king prawn & queen scallop crepe ‘au gratin’, crispy fish goujon, creamed peas, beetroot tartar dressing, Provençal relish, samphire & leeks, pan sauté new potatoes (gfo) – £18.95
