“Welsh pork trio”
– slow cooked crispy belly, crispy fried shoulder & loin with apple relish, braised leeks & buttered carrots, butter bean & bacon puree, Marsala wine sauce, dauphinoise potatoes (gf) – £15.95

“Duck”
