Pan fried sea bream fillet, Chinese five spice, wilted pak choi, rice noodles, tempura spring onion, and soy dashi dressing

Slow cooked crispy pork belly, butterbeans, smoked bacon, apples & parsley, rich roasting jus, buttered kale & purple sprouting broccoli, confit garlic & rosemary roast potatoes (gf)

‘Thai Chicken’ char grilled marinated chicken breast, Thai green coconut satay cream sauce, stir fried Asian vegetables with special pilaf rice

‘Fish & Chips’ – crispy cod goujons, smoked bacon, onions & peas ‘a lá français’, spinach cream, skinny fries, horseradish & parsley dressing (gfo)
